Hello my beautiful followers! I haven’t logged in forever, but I think I’m going to start again (:
Breakfast
- 1 egg, 1 egg white omelette with 2 mushrooms, some green pepper, & 4 cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 an orange
- water
Lunch
- whole grain bread sandwich with tuna, cottage cheese, & mustard mixed together. 4 slices cucumber and some lettuce on it as well.
- strawberry acai yogurt
- water
Snack
- 9 baby carrots, 6 cherry tomatoes
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder in water
Supper
- 2 baked chicken legs without skin
- 1 baked sweet potato
- 1/3 cup steamed veggies
- water
Water consumption
Exercise
- 33 min elliptical
- 15 min arm weights
- 10 min sit ups/similar ab workouts
- 10 min stationary bike
