Breakfast

  • 1/2 apple & 1 banana with cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup 1% cottage cheese
  • green tea

Lunch

  • mixed salad with cucumber, tomato, etc. (no dressing, just lemon sqeezed over it)
  • small piece havarti cheese
  • papaya mango yogurt
  • water

Snack

  • carrot & celery strips

Supper

  • 100% whole wheat tortilla baked with tomato cubes, mushroom, chicken, green pepper, & small bit of low fat cheese as a “pizza”
  • water
Snack
  • 1/2 sweet potato with cottage cheese & tuna

Water consumption

  • 10+ glasses

Exercise

  • 2 hr 15 min cheerleading

Hello my beautiful followers! I haven’t logged in forever, but I think I’m going to start again (:

Breakfast

  • 1 egg, 1 egg white omelette with 2 mushrooms, some green pepper, & 4 cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 an orange
  • water

Lunch

  • whole grain bread sandwich with tuna, cottage cheese, & mustard mixed together. 4 slices cucumber and some lettuce on it as well.
  • strawberry acai yogurt
  • water

Snack

  • 9 baby carrots, 6 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder in water

Supper

  • 2 baked chicken legs without skin
  • 1 baked sweet potato
  • 1/3 cup steamed veggies
  • water

Water consumption

  • 12+ glasses

Exercise

  • 33 min elliptical
  • 15 min arm weights
  • 10 min sit ups/similar ab workouts
  • 10 min stationary bike

Calories
